Review summary

Every time I ordered room service food was cold and old. A string of hair was in one of my plates. Each time I ordered I had to wait about an hour for cold food. Why do I have to wait an hour for good that isn’t fresh. Room Stewart left dirty cleaning gloves and towels on top of my suite case. Beverages in the buffet dining area are or poured and people are sneezing and coughing over drinks. I would like to pour my own drink please. I believe this is unsanitary. Music was very boring mostly carribean. No real R&B, Rap etc. the music was mostly sung by an employee to water the music down. The diversity in music was not meeting my expectations like carnival. The club had teenagers in them and was located in the ice skating rink with teenagers on the dance floor drinking. The curfew for kids was 1am and the curfews was never enforced.. kids running around doing whatever they want. Kids were making all kinds of noise up and down halls. No real adult areas. Kids in jacuzzi s with perverts and adults. Overall a horrible experience and this was my 3rd time cruising with Royal. Each time was horrible I will not cruise with this cruise line again. To save a headache please choose Carnival cruise lines.

Props were great but DJs were horrible and don’t play real music such as R&B, Rap, Jazz etc.. music was mostly watered down and not entertaining.

Room service is horrible.. I ordered room service almost everyday. Each time it has arrived food was cloud and it took about an hour for each time to bring food.. why would the food be cold if I have an hour wait time? Food should be made to order. I received warmed up fries many times that were not fresh. Hair was in one of my plates. Room Stewart left dirt cleaning gloves and towels on top of my suitcase after cleaning rooms.. never was introduced to my Stewart until I requested face towels that were not in the room when I got there.

Couldn’t agree with you more on this review! Like you, we’ve tried RCL 3 times and every time it was terrible. The only saving grace was that we had excellent room stewards each time. My wife and I are Princess for life now. Good luck on your next NON-RCL cruise.

I’m sorry you pretty much hated everything. Maybe stick to carnival, seems like you like it better. I know that this ship was my husband and i’s favorite. Good luck next time 🤣

Maybe an adults only all inclusive would fit you better? I love the fact that RCL (and other companies) doesn’t blast rap everywhere.

I do t know is but if it’s the third RC cruise, you hated them all, yet keep booking I’d say somethings fishy. Personally I’m VERY GLAD clubs don’t play Rap or R&B. Rock n Roll or Caribbean or Latin for me. As for room service….do you cruise to just stay in your room? I mean I may get a continental breakfast but that’s it. Kids are not the cruise lines fault but the parents, and it’s why I’d never book during a school break if I didn’t want an upturn in kids. Go back to Carnival. We won’t mind

Wow! I’ve never seen a review of a cruise that had so many issues! I’m wondering why you kept ordering room service if you continued to have issues. Why didn’t you eat at the dining venues included in your cruise fare?
