Review summary

Royal Caribbean has the best loyalty program in the cruise industry. The Concierge Club is in an area inside the ship without windows which is not ideal but the bar staff was excellent! The Windjammer crew was right on spot, cleaning and organizing.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Lines were a little long but the staff handled them well. People who were not handicapped ended up in the handicapped line though. Being shorter I guess they thought they could get ahead of everyone else.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We like our meat a little more cooked but overall good selections.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Loved sitting around the pool in the morning!

Children's Programs

Not sailing with any children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward was excellent. Very nice and couldn't do enough for us!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Good size and no shower curtain (hoorah!)

Ship tip

Lots of small children on this cruise so I would suggest folks that don't want to sail with a lot of children to book a longer cruise and one that does not include a school holiday!

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
Miami is always hustling and bustling.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Nice port to get off and walk around town.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Lots of activities for kids and families.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Never fun trying to get off a ship after a cruise but we were able to wait on ship while the majority of the people left so it wasn't too bad

At least you had a bar! On the last 2 cruises I've been on they removed the bar from Diamond area... it was a poor lay out on both ships. It didn't allow us to move around and mingle. Walk in, sit, leave.
