Review summary

The ship need a lot of improvements. The internet was not good on Mac. It only works with mobil devices and PC. They told me that they are not prepared for Apple computers yet. I had to go the RC Online every time I needed to work on my computer. The food is ok but not espectacular as described. The MDR service is great. Bar service is bad and the drinks are not well prepared. We had a good time, we'll wait after the dry dock to cruise the Explorer again.

Eagle beach is very nice. The restaurants sometimes overcharge their items, the sushi was more expensive that Izzumi and not as good. Look at the menu before you seat.

I think they are BSing you about MAC being a problem. It basically operates as a proxy as you have no direct internet access like at home or mobile. If it does not work, blame it on Apple not liking a proxy connection. It will not support a VPN connection on any platform and if your device needs a VPN it will not work on ship.
