Review summary

I loved the cruise plenty to do and entertainment was great. I would do a similar cruise again but to a different place and maybe longer to relax more.Being my first cruise I wanted to do everything but could relax more you can do a lot or not much at all its up to you.

Stage shows were fantastic especially the ice skating show. Musicians in all bars were pleasant to listen to and relaxing.

It was a great venue for all shows ice skating rink then made into a dance floor for a dance.

My teenage son loved the teenage club made plenty of friends and enjoyed himself so much with the dances and other activities.

The room stewards were always cleaning our room twice a day which was good. Waiters were very good and they looked after all our needs.

The ship was very clean and layout and design was good but we chose the wrong room and had to do too much walking to get to food and shows.

Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were hard but we got a topper for mattress. With 3 people in our cabin it was crowded but you don't spend a lot of time in cabin. The cabin was very clean and suitable for us.

Ship tip

Make sure your not near the ice skating rink as all the shows and food are at the back and you can't walk straight through you have to go up a few levels then walk a long way.

It was very dirty with lots of graffiti and the streets were very narrow. We did a Chou Chou train trip and it was OK but we didn't like the people at takeaways they charge a lot and not very friendly.

Mystery Island, Vanuatu

It was a lovely port with the island very clean and people friendly. The snorkelling was very average we did a tour and didn't find it very good snorkeling.

We caught a bus to yatelle beach very pretty and swimming was nice but coral snorkeling was very average except near the jetty where you board tenders where you can snorkel around rocks and caves.

Isle Of Pines (Ile Des Pins), New Caledonia

Isle of pines was very pretty. We did some snorkeling around a sacred rock which was nice but coral was dead and we did a 2hour bus tour which showed us the whole island and was very interesting

11 nights is a good number to start with. I had opportunity to do 26 nights last year, expecting to tire of it. No way! It was awesome. 😎😋😊😉
