We had a fantastic cruise and were very happy with the ship. Would definitely cruise Royal Caribbean Ships again. The entertainment was great. Plenty activities to choose from and keep you entertained. Ship never felt crowded as there is so many different venues and so much going on - sometimes it felt as there were only about 100 people onboard rather than the almost 3000.

went quickly - was onboard in less than 20 minutes
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
buffet was average but sapphire dining room was very good. Mocktails could be improved - very sweet and limited choices.
Cafe Promenade could benefit from different menu items. The same snacks/sweets were made daily . Good to start but became boring after day 3.
Only other included lunch meal option was the buffet at windjammer - heaps to choose from but probably RSL quality - definitely not bad just not out of this world.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
plenty pools , lots of activities - not enough time to do them all. You cant get bored!
Entertainment

all very good and pleasant to watch or listen to.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
they really do try hard but too many people to serve in restaurants as well as bars. Personal service was lacking due to volume of people to attend to. Did not find the staff exceptionally friendly as another cruise line we have been on. They were pleasant but definitely not engaging or warming. We had various dinner tables throughout the cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

Inside promenade rooms - spacious enough for 2 adults comfortably - could not fault room attendant. Cleaned every time we walked out the room. Really fantastic. Fridge not cold enough but bucket of ice refilled daily as per our requirements. Plenty storage!
Ship tip
My tip is to eat in the main dining room every night! There are benefits ! Portion controlled meals - starter, mains and dessert. If the portion is not big enough for you - just order another :) But seriously , take advantage of been served and not running back and forth standing in buffet lines at peak times. We loved the main dining room at dinner. Food was definitely not the same as the buffet choices .
Weather may have played a part in this rating . Tour was not really worth it - got a good ride to other side of island but dont expect any commentary or chatter as the driver we had did not speak english. Luecila beach was disappointing as we could not swim due to black algae so we were given a stop at the supermarket - non eventful. Was not worth the $40 pp . Better off staying at the beach close to tender and enjoy the water there.
