Review summary

The layout of the ship is excellent. It has a huge prominade on Deck 5 with great pubs and shops. The southern carribean cruise is excellent to get a good feel of many islands.

Food and Dining

Portifino's restaurant is priceless. It is an extra twenty dollars a person for a five star restaurant. The food is amazing as well as the wine list and staff.

Entertainment

The entertainment was fair this cruise. We loved going to deck 5 and listening to various musicians . They were better than the shows. This is the only area that needs some attention. What is excellent are the ice shows. They actuallly have an ice rink on the ship. You can bring your skates. Some bar areas have a piano player and they were excellent.

We didn't use the kids programs but had friends that did. They felt very comfortable with the ships crew and the kids all had a great time.

Service and Staff

Our table was 359 in the front. We had Martino & Marcello as our waiters and they were great. All the staff is there to help and wait on you.

This is an older ship but in great shape. They keep it very clean and updated.

I am in a manual wheelchair. There handicap rooms are great. Most are close to the elevator. Room is spacious and the bathroom is ADA which makes it easier.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

We liked this port but was only there about six hours. Wheeled around and shopped a little.

This is a beautiful island to site see but is hard for anyone in a wheelchair to get around. Shopping is not the best here. Expensive.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

This island is totally accessible. I am a para T-10 and wheeled right to a jet ski and went riding. It was priceless. They have a zip line that is amazing. The shops are not the best here. Just have fun on the excursions and the beach.
