Review summary
The ship was beautiful and had all the accommodations you could imagine. Was not happy with how Royal Carribbean treated us when our original itinerary had to change because of a medical emergency. We choose this itinerary because there were places we had not ever been to before and wanted to visit. Two of the original destinations were taken away from us and one added that we had been to several times before. The tendering process was horrible. Since the ship was not permitted to dock at the port because of our delay, we had to tender to shore. The process was not organized and a huge mess. What a disappointment. The staff on the ship couldn't have been nicer. Friendly everywhere you went and always there to make sure your needs were met.Ports of call
Pros: The staff on the ship were fantastic! Always made you feel like you were their first customer. Activities on board were first-class. So much fun!
Cons: Our itininery was changed because of one passenger who became ill and we had to go back to port at Miami first day at sea. Two of our original destinations were taken away, which meant that we had to stay two days at one of our original destinations and another one was added by Royal Carribbean.
