Review summary
This cruise line seemed most concerned about making money (not that they shouldn't be, but I just don't like it to be so obvious). They took away the traditional prominade decks around the outside of the ship (except one that was out of the way to access), and forced everyone who wished to cross the ship on ANY floor to go either through their shopping area or through the casino. Also, the food in the main dining room was horrible, forcing you to go the dining room that charged a fee. The final straw was guest services lying repeatedly to us about the disembarkation proceedure, which ended up in a mass of people waiting more than 2-6 hours to get their luggage after they got off the ship.Ship experiences

Pros: good wait staff
Cons: bad food, no outside walking area -- all foot traffic directed through their shopping area, guest services repeatedly gave false information
