Review summary
We were assigned a room and then reassigned at the last minute (although it was an upgrade, thanks) we had to wait in the mile long guest services to do so. Holland needs to update their check in services/app. A simple notification that our room had changed would have sufficed. The only cruise "fun" was the BB King Live Band...but no karaoke? No other entertainment by the pool (hoola hoop, music host w/ games etc.) More daily entertainment! However, if you are looking to just rest and relax, it may be the perfect cruise for you! The same food every day almost. Lack of servers so extremely long wait times for simple things like ice cream. One day I waited 30 minutes for ground beef for tacos. Dinner times aren't scheduled, and selected dinners are an additional fee. Pizza ends at 11:30pm instead of 24 or at least 2am/3am like other cruises.Embarkation
