Review summary

Poor service. Waiting to at meals for food and drink. Unattended children very loud and annoying at pool. Not enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. A large portion of pool deck space is taken up by cabanas, that are used by a small amount of guests.

Of course we are subject to families during the school holidays but there is no excuse for parents letting their kids run free. Doesn't anyone teach manners anymore? Poor you. I noticed, too, even when they weren't that "in demand" on my March TA, THE POOL DECK WAS WAY TOO CROWDED. it was impossible to get to the cheek by jowl sun beds. Next time (Nov) I am going to fill in the evaluation form.
