The ship was well taken care of and lovely. It is a smaller ship but it had everything we needed. We thought the staterooms were nice and the common areas were also nice. The fitness center was outstanding!

This is an older ship and there were problems, sink would not drain one day because the plunger was broken and toilet would not flush one night. The problems were corrected quickly once reported but have never had such problems before when we have cruised. Also, this is the smallest ship we have been on and as such there were not as many activities as we were used to.

We have cruised on the Enchantment of the Seas four times. The first three cruises were wonderful. We found this cruise slightly disappointing compared with the first three. The ship is supposed to go into dry dock in December for a complete overhaul and it is evidenced as to why. She's beginning to look very tired. We were slightly disappointed with the dining room as well. We had cross-referenced with another couple so that we could dine together in the evening. We checked in to the dining room on the first evening and they had no record of our reservation for "My Time Dining". Consequently, we were kept waiting for an hour and a half before we got seated. Our original seating was for 6:00 PM, but we didn't get out of the dining room that evening until well after 9:00 PM! Thankfully, the rest of the week went very smoothly in the dining room. We arrived at 6:00 PM and were immediately seated at our first night's dining table. Unfortunately, though the dining room staff did a good job (within their means!), we noticed that the wait time to be served took longer. I attribute that to staff shortage. We also noticed that they took away a simple thing like cleaning crumbs off the table after the main course. Though these changes seemed subtle, they also added up. I would imagine that the economy has played a certain roll in these issues.

ship is getting tired, but understand she goes into refurbishment in Dec 2012, so until then you will see a lot of old banged up furniture, etc. everything was clean and well maintained.

cabin furniture a little dated and carpet. excellent food in dining room, we had breakfast and lunch there.

This was average at best but for the price it was well worth it.

well this was my 3rd time on enchantment of the sea. the 1st two were great. this one on the 19th of april sucked so bad i will never sail again on it. it seem that this was the last cruise for this ship. you ask a question and they could not anwser it. you stopped smoking in the casino bar and everytime i walked by it was no body sitting there. in nov. 4th cruise it was hard to get a seat. people bitch about the smoke there but didn't mind it while playing the machine. and i had to smell all of the cheapest perfume made in the dollar store and wal-mart brands, made me sick. i'm done or i might still be typing till june.

The Cruise was nice and relaxing, but besides the kids club and the arcade, there was nothing for kids to do when it was rainy or windy. And we had two full cruising days on the boat with bad weather. The indoor pool was for adults only. They should have allowed the kids to use it in bad weather for designated hours. I have heard larger ships have more activities and areas for kids, just be aware.There was plenty for adults to do at all times. But the average age on our cruise was probably 65 years old.

Captain and staff are outstanding. Captain very visible and a take charge guy as one would expect. ship is old and shows it. the solarium was the best part of ship (it was cold and solarium was warm. Coffee stations very unhandy and hard to find.

We have taken this ship a few times because we really like it. We went on this cruise for R & R and that what we did.

Wouldn't have changed a thing!! Nothing negative to say; ALL service ares were excellant, esp. waiter Antonio and cabin steward Dio (Room 7110) They were the BEST! If we sail again, we would request to have access to both of them!

The restaurant & stateroom personnel where exceptional.

The Enchantment of the Seas is a floating city! Beautifully appointed, plenty of activities all day and evening long, wonderful shops onboard, large casino (I won!), nice disco, great entertainment daily, very comfortable staterooms which were well taken care of by the staff throughout the cruise. Fun crew, excellent food, good drinks (albeit expensive).

jets in hot tub not working for all 5 days. Cannot find anyone to fix it.

We weren't impressed by Royal Carribean. We had sailed Carnival before and it was superior to the Enchantment of the Seas.
