We were very impressed. Our first cruise. We are planning our next trip already.

The best part of this cruise was definitely the customer service of our attendant Imade. He was very attentive and caring. The food options were no existent, they gave the same food for breakfast and lunch each day. The dinner options varied but were not very appetizing.

my wife and i enjoyed our time...Cruisin Susan was something! awesome communicator..and cruise director...dont know how she does it! Service at the restaurant was good....It was a little bothersome that we were being invited to so many things...but other than that...it was great..

Looking to book my next cruise. Love the cruise ship, the attendants were great.

The ship is getting older, but it was still an enjoyable trip. Wonderful staff in both the buffet and dining room. The Bahamas are beautiful!

Next time I will cruise with Disney. Royal Caribbean markets their cruises for as little as $289 per person. What they don't tell you is all the extras they add drives the price of the cruise up to a ridiculous price. For example if you want soft drinks you must buy a drink package. If you want photos you must pay an extra $180 per cabin. It gets costly. The cruises are not all inclusive. And the on board credit they promise you will not be given to you. When they promise onboard credits it is a lie.

Overall it was a nice cruise, Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside room was small but had lots of mirrors and was clean

On my first cruise a few years ago on Empress of the Seas, I was not very impressed with lodging, food quality, staff, or entertainment. Glad I gave it another try, because this trip really exceedid my expectations. All aspects were a vast improvement. The only suggestion is to have more roulette tables in the casino.

This is a great cruise. The wait staff and cabin stewards were amazing! We loved our day at Cococay snorkeling but with all the construction I hope they don't take away from the natural feel of the island.

Well exceeded our expectations for our first cruise as a couple! Was my husbands first ever cruise and we are now both officially addicted to cruising and loved everything about it, including the crew whom worked effortlessly to make the trip worthwhile and enjoyable! Will definitely be cruising with Royal Caribbean again in the near future!

I surprised my husband with this birthday cruise in honor of his 76th! 🎂👑🎉. The cruise, entertainment, the food and our dining room waiters, Ferdinand and Dewa couldn’t have been any better! We also were extremely happy with Kelvin Fraser, our cabin steward.......a complete gentleman and steward!

The cruise did not have good activities for my 10 year old and not much to do for my teens. I brought the adult beverage package and did not receive fair service from the bar or the waiters on the pool deck. They preferred the client without the package even though I tipped every time.. staff was not friendly at all. The music was out dated. Entertainment was horrible.

We had a great time, the length of the cruise was just perfect for the short vacation. This particular cruise and ship are probably more for adult. If the price is not too high, I recommend reserve an ocean view room so you know when the time to get up. (Our room was interior,of course no window always dark)

Food selection was fine for me because I eat almost anything but for my husband there was not a large selection of things that he ate as a non-pork and non-seafood eating person. The 24hour cafe with pizza was a big help with this. Once getting to Cococay Beach the process could have been made clear. We were not aware or told that we would be taking a boat to the island from the ship or that cash was needed to buy any souvenirs on the island. This was an inconvenience to wait 10 minutes to catch a ride to the ship grab money wait for the next boat and return to the island. The activity sheet stated a volleyball and basketball game on the island on courts and I saw neither nor were there signs indicating where. Our overall experience was good with minor discrepancies. There also was a rock climbing wall advertised which I was excited about and there was no rock climb wall on the ship.

We had a really good time on this trip. There is something for every member of the family . I highly recommend it.
