The Excursion director gave us wrong information and failed to provide any alternatives. We paid for the steakhouse there was hair in my food I mix up in the bill and was still overcharged

Royal Caribbean needs to put this ship to sleep. I will not visit this cruise line ever!!!!!!!

I feel like the drink package was way too expensive. There should almost be a medium one. Where its half the price and you get a limited amount of drinks.

Overall, we had a wonderful cruise and wil definitely cruise again.

This trip was amazing!! My wife and I had an amazing time

Food in main dining room was pretty much served cold for the most part breakfast and dinner. The burgers served from the grill were inedible. The lobster served in Chops which there is an 21 dollar up charge was supposed to be a 1.5 lb lobster and I eat lobster out A LOT and this thing they served in there was barely a pound and was a frozen soggy mess for a supposedly a broiled lobster. The private island is also a joke I have lived in Florida my entire life and have been to beaches all over my state and all over the world for that matter and have NEVER been to a beach that you walk 300 yards of shore and still be in water below your knees even with that said some children did wind up in the ships clinic with jellyfish stings! The sand under the water had holes all in it from something that made it very hard to even walk and you had to be very careful to not turn an ankle. I seen numerous people walking stumbling around trying to keep their balance walking in less than knee deep water. Needless to say NO more Coco Key for us!

The Service was excellent and my boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time. Our waiter and assistant waiter were attentive and funny and professional. We found plenty to do with our down time and were so thankful we had bought the drink package. Thanks for a great time.

This is a great 4 night getaway. We go as often as we can. The crew is on top of things and eager to assist. Nothing is perfect and you can't please everyone but if you don't enjoy this ship it is your own fault.

it was an awesome cruise, loved every bit of it.People were extremely nice , Food was amazing and delicious.

So overall, I would say it was an above average experience. The boat was slightly old and needing some repairs in some places but was generally nice. The food was satisfactory. The entertainment could use some improvement. The excursions were great. There needs to be an outside adult only pool far away from the kids area. But for the money, it was well worth it! Would definitely go again.

I enjoyed the cruise the next time i want to stay a little longer.

Will never book another cruise I was never given a boarding time besides 4 p.m arrived at 3:35 and was told the doors locked at 3:30.. So thanks for ruining my honeymoon after we drove 14 hours to get to Florida only to be let down and then told after we paid over 600$ to go and then only want to give us the taxes back !! We even got a flat tire and still made it there so give people boarding times !! I can show you my emails and they none have a time frame !! But regardless 5 mins late and you all can't do nothing !! Yeah right the anchors were not even up !! Then to be told by a near by hotel it takes you two hours to even get going !!!

The cruise was okay but it could have been better,it needs more entertainment ,activities and late night eating places and places to eat during the day as well like carnival ships.

Had an all around good time, but stateroom had a constant snell of sulfur coming from the bathroom that none of the other rooms had. When we arrived the AC was broken so couldn’t sit in the room until they came and fixed it. The dinner was ok but some of the steak didn’t taste that good and crime brûlée wasn’t good the two times I got it.

This was our first cruise, and it was simply amazing! The food and service are excellent. If you are a drinker, definitely invest in the drink packages available! Book shore excursions in advance as they raise significantly in price when you arrive in port.

Great service food great really nice people.we loved meeting .new people by sitting with new people at dinner,we meet some really nice people.

I had promised the grandbabies I would take them on a cruise during fall break from school. So, this cruise lined up perfectly with the dates for their holiday. And, they loved it. They danced and ate and played. They really enjoyed the shows. We loved watching the evening movie by the pool. Overall it was a great week with the kids.
