My time dining was excellent... by DavidBain

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

My time dining was excellent and fast. Everything we had tasted great, was hot and delicious. They repainted one pool one day in port and it was reopened the next day. I've always loved this ship for its smaller size and attentive service.

Smaller Ship but somewhat updated.... by rmlowman

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Smaller Ship but somewhat updated. Crew and staff was very friendly and always available to handle any issues that arise.Lots of live music which put you in the island mood rather than just a DJ playing music. Entertainment was decent but could use some more ship activities. All and all a nice reasonable price M-F get away to Nassau and Coco Cay. Alot of renovation going on to Coco Cay but was still enjoyable and food was excellent.Come spring time 2019 looks like alot more activities to follow.

Just off the enchantment of... by SAW06

Sail date: /
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Just off the enchantment of the seas today... by far the WORST cruise I have ever been on. Ship was very rusty and crew was lacking... SERVICE IN THE MDR SUCKED BALLS... we were assigned a table with 8 other guest which is fine. The MDR manager came and ask us to relocate due to the 8 family members having 2 other members of the family at another table. So we moved to a new table and sat for almost 45 minutes before we even got bread and water. I was livid. The service was awful. The MDR manager was calling my cabin several times a day apologizing and inviting us back and he would take care of us personally and we could have Anything we would like on the menu and it was on him... Blah blah bla. He sent chocolate strawberries and champagne the 2 other days of the cruise.. that’s not enough to make up for sucky service. Just overall a bad cruise with royal... I believe we will stick to carnival from here on out

Okay by LindaluvsJohn

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

We were not real impressed with this ship. It wasn't as clean as other ships I have been on, the food service was great and that was clean. I did feel like there were so many "come ons" and then when we are charged $3 for a small bottle of water we were pretty bummed.

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Inside the ship was nice. All exterior needs alot of maintenance. Bar service was very slow and rude. If you can get service while sitting by the pool good luck. Then they have an attitude when serving. Food was ok, I tried RCL beacause of the increased quality of service and food, not impressed.

Enchantment was a great time.... by CruisingBlairs

Sail date: /
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Enchantment was a great time. This was my second RC cruise, the first being Oasis which was as you know a larger newer ship. Enchantment was clean to me, we had a ocean view room which was as expected. The service was excellent in the bars and restaurants. Food seem to get better each night and we had Chops the last night for the first time which was worth the $25 we paid as I did not know it was all you can eat! We did our first excursion to Blue Lagoon island in the Bahamas which was worth the $. I highly recommend it was the trip over on the tender is nice and they have plenty to do over there. Nice beaches and a fun day. Getting on and off the ship WS very quick and we actually boarded at 1030am because we were early! We did self assist when left and got right off and through customs after breakfast no issues. Overall, a great cruise! Just remember, the boat was built in like 1997 so it’s not brand new but it’s clean and a fun ship to cruise in for 3-4 nights.

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

We normally cruise on the larger RC ships however, we decided to take a mini vacation on the Enchantment of the Seas. We had such a great time we’re going again in April. We weren’t able to get off at Cococay due to the Seas being to high for the tenders. RC gave us a refund for our excursions. I wasn’t expecting that due to the fact that they can not control the weather. I was pleasantly surprised. Instead we had a day sea which I love. ALL staff was very friendly and our cabin was well taken care of.

Nice 4 day cruise. Been... by 41pearl

Sail date: /
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Nice 4 day cruise. Been on this ship several times before. Great service in mdr, windjammer and cabin. The food was good and a nice variety was offered. Embarking was superfast. No lines at all @ 11:40am. Tender service was suspended for about 1 hour at Cocoa Cay due to seas, but it started again before noon. Cocoa Cay is still beautiful even with all the construction in progress. BBQ lunch on the island was good. Burgers, hotdogs, ribs, and cola chicken along with sides and vegetables. We stayed aboard while in Nassau. ( been there 6 times ). Entertainment was good. 2 different shows, both entertaining. Schooner piano bar was nice and calm. Karaoke was loud and crazy fun. Disembarking was wow! We were assigned the 1st group to disembark, after self disembark. We left the ship at 8:27 am and cleared customs, with checked bags and were at our car at 8:40am...

I really enjoyed my cruise. The last day at sea was really rocky. The rocking made sick. I would go on another cruise. by alcide57

I really enjoyed my first cruise. The activities were fun. I did a excursion to the Sandles beach and swam with dolphins. The color of the blue water and white sandy beaches.

Great 4-day Cruise by cjlgd90

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Great 4-day cruise. The ship was empty! This is the first cruise I've ever been on that it was this empty ... altho no complaints! The singer in the atrium & her band were excellent! The staff's service was impeccable! We ate at Chop's 3x and it was fabulous! I wish there were more activities and things to do ... otherwise, we had a blast!

This was our first time... by Myoung74

Sail date: /
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

This was our first time on a Royal Caribbean ship. We were very excited to experience another cruise line but we were very disappointed. The ship is a very small ship but very nice! We felt that Carnival seems to have a much more personal feeling. We have never been on a cruise and not know who our cruise director was but on this cruise I can’t tell you who the cruise director was. This was a 60th birthday cruise for my mom. Upon us entering the ship my mom got overwhelmed and began to cry and instead of the staff allowing us to have this special moment with her, the crew immediately tried to sell us on extras. I get that it’s their job but they obviously seen her having a moment and they could have given us some space. I guess to sum it up, I think royal Caribbean is a cruise line that is geared toward an older crowd. I will definitely give the cruise line another try but I was just a little disappointed with this cruise.
