Review summary

Loved cruising out of Baltimore, because of easy airport, hotel, transport and port embarkation. Great ship and service and food and ports.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Baltimore airport is great, easy to navigate, and blessed with plenty of taxis. Do not even worry about ordering your own ground transportation from here to anywhere. Take a taxi! This port is filled with smiling friendly people who understand that they are here to help you board orderly, promptly and efficiently. Best port efficiency of the five we've sailed from. Port is so clean and pleasant smelling that I had to ask if it was brand new. It isn't, it is just cared for and maintained the way a port should be.

Service and Staff

Medical Bay doctors nurses and staff. This was my first cruise to ever get sick. Hey, when you travel to Mexico or the Bahamas enough times, it happens. I am so happy to report that I was treated very well by the ship medical staff. They were wonderful, skilled and caring. They got me well fast with IV fluids and Zofran shot. Restored me quickly to enjoy the rest of my cruise. I feel safer knowing that such medical professionals are there onboard and care so evidently.

not bad for an ocean view cabin without a balcony we missed the balcony a little but not a lot great staff great steward great cleaning job

Ship tip

The solarium is smaller on this ship than others. There is too much reserving of lounge chairs. You may have to expect difficulty finding a lounge chair in the shade.
