Review summary

It was not good this time. We had no heat in our room the first 3 nights and we didn't stop in Charleston but stayed in Maryland the first night. We were not compensated for the inconvenience.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. No heat is an unusual complaint, but makes perfect sense.

I read somewhere, on the cruise room, some got 50% off the room for night with no heat and refunded pirt taxes for missing Charleston, might wanna look into that

It’s best not to cruise around a holiday or from a northern port during the winter.
