Review summary

After 3 straight carnival cruises, I decided to try out Royal Caribbean Granted this is a smaller, older ship than the carnival breeze, therefore I didn’t give it ZERO stars. Terrible ship. Food was very sub par. Very un-inviting ship. Ugly. Old. Nothing to do. Waitstaff on carnival was much nicer. These guys were blah....seemed completely uninterested in making peoples vacation fun. That’s a big deal when your spending the week with them. Did I mention that the food was terrible? Shows boring. Game room small. Nowhere to go and enjoy a drink. Solarium was horrible. I would never recommend this ship to anyone. Cozumel was awesome as usual. I felt like I was robbed from a cruise,and this was merely a long taxi ride to go there. I’m sorry, hate leaving these types of reviews, but if it will save someone else from having the same experience, it’s worth it.

I was taking your review seriously until I read your reply saying that if anybody can give Enchantment a good review they haven't cruised much. . Lol.... you've been on 2 ships . All you can really say us that you liked Carnival Breeze better than Enchantment of the Seas 🤷‍♂️😂

If you can truly give the Enchantment a good review, you haven’t been on many cruises...carnival or not. I’m sorry. I absolutely love cruising...but this past week was very disappointing. And yes, the vibe of the ship and the crew was very different than Carnival. I wonder why Carnival cruisers would give this boat bad reviews? Interesting.

You can't compare newer ships with older ones. That being said, we enjoyed our enchantment cruise last year. Crew was wonderful and lots to do.
