Review summary

Had a 3 days cruise, picked through AA.Com Website. Check in process was great.  Had booked a junior suite, was dingy, smell from the couch, large dirty stains on the couch and foot rests. Smelly old rug. The decor of the suite and the ship was of 90's era. Price payed for the room could not be justified. First night had dinner at the My Fair Lady dinning hall, seated promptly, ordered Steak, took 35 minutes to get it, was Luke warm with just boiled Broccoli and Carrots and bland mash potatoes, it was no steak meat but just a piece of beef, could not finish and then ate at Windjammer buffet. Next night had dinner at Chops Grille Restaurant, had decent decor and great service, food was lot better there. Next day had Chef's Table dinner with 6 other guests, must say was a great multiple course meal. All three dinner I paid were not included in the cruise price. On general food quality was average at buffet. In entertainment Comedy shows were good. Overall experience average , would not recommend Enchantment Of The Seas to any friend or family. Despite its refurbishing still an old ship.
