Review summary

Ship is getting old. Shower in room didn't work, air condition didn't work and room was not clean.

Last minute change of itinerary, customer service was not helpful with changing our pre-booked activities.

bsylleaaschy, thanks for sharing. It is an old ship but regardless you shouldn't be forced to have a room bad plumbing or A/C. I have always found service on Enchantment to be great but almost all ships have poor service at the guest service desk (which is so ironic). I guess dealing with people's problems for 7 days a week, 7 months straight can turn any good employee into a crab. I certainly wouldn't want that job.

Last minute change was most likely due to the hurricane... Duh. If you book a cruise on and old ship you get what you booked... Duh.
