Review summary
The Enchantment of the Seas is ready for an overall. All areas were etremely clean, but TIRED........out of date. An the entire cruise seemed to be done on the cheap. The food was average, the soup like water. The Windjammer was the same dishes everyday and a mad frenzy like someone was going to starve to death. The Windjammer closed promptly at 9pm, if you got there late, forget it, they did not replinish. The only other alternative was at the spa, which had the same hot dogs, hamburger and rock hard cookies day after day. The only thing not cheap was the drinks...........way out of line. The main entainment was the cruise director, he was very good, but again, done on the cheap!!! The staff was wonderful, very attentive, very helpful. could not have asked for more. We were determined to have a good time and did. The dancing lessons were sensational, hats off to Karen and Charles, the ports were great, however, over all this cruise experience is not what we have been accustomed to in the past. We will look closely before choice Royal Caribeen again. This is our 12th cruise and have always left planning the next one. Not this time. Sorry to be blunt, but this is honest.Ship experiences
