Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Cabin type: Oceanview

Review summary

This ship is so outdated and needs to be drydocked and taken out of circulation. Royal Carribean has always had a reputation for Quality Products. It would appear that they have gone from Quality to Quanity. Overbooking to such make a diollar.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The overall food was okay. I ate in the specialty restaurants 2 nights of my trip and the food there was fabulous. I shouldn't have to pay additonal funds to have great food.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The entertainment was okay. The weather was extremely chilly and we weren't able to enjoy the outside sun.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The staff was great, friendly and always made every attempt to be helpful.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
the ships is very small even though it was enlarged a couple of years ago. It has not been properly taken care of and it is not clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The stateroom was very small as well as the bathroom.

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

3 out of 5
Everything there was very pricey
Don't Miss: Elbow Bay Beach

Pros: The food and service was great

Cons: The ship is so outdated and not well kept.
