Review summary
Air kept breaking in our room. Suite was no bigger than ordinary balcony room from all other 20 plus cruises. Food was disappointingly very average. Good but nothing expensive except for lobster night. Italian night had everything BUT Italian food. The service everywhere was beyond five star. High ratio of ship employees to passengers. The entertainment among the best of any ship. Las Vegas entertainers. The old Empress was very clean and looked brand new throughout. Best was port of call Cuba.Embarkation
