Review summary

Everything was great except for one little thing. Many people were confused as to which dining night was formal night. Many people got all dressed up on the last dining night and found out that no photo shoots were available nor did the photographer went around during dinner. Therefore missed out on dressed up photos opportunities.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Fast and problem free. Registrations and forms were all done online and check-in was easy. Able to get onboard in advance and eat while awaiting stateroom.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Jose and Omar took care of us for our dining experiences. James made sure stateroom is cleaned twice a day. Would've preferred a few more towel-folding firgures on the bed tho.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
As frequent cruisers. Not much care for cabins except for sleeping and napping

Ship tip

Empress Of The Seas is a relaxing ship with limited activities. Don't expect too much or try compare to the bigger ships and all is well.

No formal night on Empress. There is a night for formal photos that is announced in the Compass, usually the at sea day.
