Review summary

Old ship. You can see where they've tried, but the devil is in the details. Our stateroom was directly over the motor, which meant on port days we were awakened at 6:30 a.m. by deafening vibrations. The dining rooms were never open on time, the food was mediocre, the wait staff pleasant enough, but slow. Overpriced, weak drinks from the bar. It's been a few years since I sailed with RC, but I feel like their bar prices increased 100%. This was the first cruise where I looked forward to the ports so I could get off the ship.

We always check the deck plans to see what is above and below our cabin before making final selections. Try being below the dining room when they are vacuuming at 3am.
