OH- YES- WE HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS THAT HAVE USED ROYAL CARIBBEAN FOR CRUISING.. US OURSELF HAVE BEEN ON A FEW TIMES- AND WE ENJOY IT EVERY MINUTE. I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY TELL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT YA ALL.
IMPROVEMENT:: YOUR GRADUTTIES CHARGE IS A BIT MUCH. IT SHOULD BE A DAILY CAHRGE- NOT $ 13.95 PER PERSON PER DAY-- REALLY.. ( I CAN MAKE MY OWN BED -I WOULDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT...) HOPEFULLY THERE CAN BE A CHANGE IN THAT --- THANK-YOU

Did you know, you can, if you want, reverse the daily room charges. You can then if you want, tip at will to those who made your day.
After seeing your poor one star rating, I was quite surprised to read your glowing review of everything - except the gratuity charge. Yes, you could try to tip all those who you deal with but so many others would never get tipped. Those behind the scenes crew members help make the one you do see perform so well. The gratuity used to work the way that you suggest. We used to spend a lot of time searching for crew members to tip. However, crew members have days off, get sick or are scheduled elsewhere on the ship. You might miss someone that you really wanted to tip. It happened years ago to us, several times. So, i am happy to have the daily charge automatically added to the bill. The crew works hard for the tips. The jobs sound glamorous but believe me they aren't. Why let the matter of a few dollars a day spoil your wonderful cruise. Just figure it into the cost of your cruise and spend the time just having fun.

Thank you for posting your review. A couple things worth noting..
- Cruiseline.com is not a proxy for the cruise line that you took. Your review is written as if directed to Royal Caribbean. They will never see this review because this is not an RC-company website.
- Most of your comments were favorable but you only give the cruise a one-star rating. I'm not sure I understand that either.
- TYPING IN ALL UPPER CASE LETTERS IS SIMILAR TO YELLING AT EVERYONE. Try modulating a bit. If there is a point you really want to emphasize, try bolding those words or using upper case only for those words to make them stand out.
