Take it or Leave it attitude

The director Elvis has cocky attitude in his director role.  He lacks of customer service skills, alone with other cruew members that did not have knowledge on how to guide passengers towards places and activities in the  boat.  

The  cleaning service was excellent towards the end,

Some employees had a cheerful attitude and were very pleasant. 

Food was good with balance options.

My wife and I traveled with Xelebrity 1 year ago.  Comparing apples to apples they come on top in most areas including cost.


I applaud the positive attitude and commitment of most of your employees

Some times the event presenters were not very clear in guiding the events , like Bingo, the guy was more focused on being cute . Perhaps train employees in customer serv skills with more emphasis in the customer side
