Review summary
We recently sailed on the Enchantment of the Seas for the first time, and we had a great time. In the dining room, we loved our waiter and his assistant. and the head waiter was so great. She gave us so many great tips. Enjoyed going to the dining room for breakfast and lunch. The staff works very hard to make each dining experience special. We even liked eating in the Windjammer. Buffets were set up on each sides ..no long lines. We loved all the shows. Our stateroom was a little small but very adequate. Our room attendent was always available. The service was great. Its hard to believe how the crew could treat you as if you are their first guest. They are geniue and caring. Wish I could have taken him home. Overall we have to say the ship was really impressive, the staff was wonderful and all I can say....its a small ship with a very big heart. I would book another cruise on the Empress in a minute.Ports of call
