overall we had a great time

wonderfull cruise, second time we take this ship, different places to visit, very nice. HOLLAND IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL

The Emerald Princess is well manintained and nicely appointed.

I had and great time and I loved to cruise on the Princess Ships. I find that the food is good and the service is great.

The Emerald Princess is a Beautiful Ship. The Food is Great! The Service is Excellent. They really do make an effort to be the very best, and be competitive.

Crew was friendly, housekeeping very good, not enough seating at any of buffets. Food was average, deserts poor. Other lines have premium ice cream, not soft serve with only 2 flavors. Probably a problem with all larger ships, but every show or meals we had long lines. Also the Princess theater never had enough seating as people had to stand or not get in at all. The Emerald Princes's own entertainers were excellent, much better than Holland America, Norwegian or Royal Carribean.

This ship and staff is not able to handle the 3000 plus passangers.

My husband and I enjoyed the ship but just found too many people on the ship for the size it seemed there was always a wait.

Overall, ship was very clean. Unfortunately, Princess packs too many people onto a ship of this size which results in not enough seating in most venues.

it was amazing the only problem my room located under the kitchen on riviera deck did n ot rest had to sleep it off in the after noon

The ship was first rate with a decent layout The balcony cabin was adequate, but a bit small compared to the newer Holland ships. The food in every venue we tried was not what we expected. However, the Southern Caribbean itinerary was really first rate! Beautiful islands!

I was disappointed in the Cancun suite which is right under the gym. The noise from the treadmills started at 7 am. Afternoon naps were interrupted also. I understand this a problem on the Emerald, Ruby and Crown Princess ships...buyer beware.

Excellent itinery.The best cruise food.Good shows.Superb cabin and dining room service with the exception of the maitre D.Clean thruout.

From arrival to departure, our multi-generational group enjoyed every minute of this cruise!

Wonderful Cruise, ship was very clean, food was excellent, service was great. International Cafe and Coffee Bar was great! The only downfalls were that the gym was not open until 7 AM and the tour to St. John was too rushed even though we had plenty of time before the ship left. The ultimate ship tour was well worth the cost.

ship was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very small and bedding and mattress very wornout, no comfort for sleeping. Food selection poor, seafood tasted all the same. Too much beef!

The Emerald Princess is a beautiful ship! Despite the fact that there were about 3,500 people on board, it never seemed crowded.

From the time we boarded the ship until disembarkation, we were treated like royalty. There is always someone there to take an order or meet a need and never pushy. We are now hooked on a balcony cabin, no more "insides". The views and fresh air available whenever we wanted it made this wonderful. The availability of a snack and room service kept us comfortable at all times.

The ship is a bit smaller and oudated when it comes down to young activities; however, it has a great spa with TONS of programs given. The mini gof was horrible and although it is not a deal breaker, dont go thinking it is going to be something you will enjoy doing. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. This cruise is more for older people, or like for those who want to avoid children as much as possible. Do not think that because there is tons of older people is a boring trip; there are tons of parties and activities. One of my favorite thing was movies under the stars with a huge TV screen where they show documentals, GREAT movies and even Football games.
