This was a trip of a lifetime for us. We enjoyed everything. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t visit Samoa but we got a bonus trip the the big island of Hawaii which we hadn’t been to. Also we got a extra day at Bora Bora which is a pretty nice place to spend a extra day at.

We loved all the entertainment. We found all five variety shows offed entertaining. We had five different variety shows during our cruise. All the entertainers were great
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
our room steward was able to solve any problems for us such as late luggage a wonky TV and malfunctioning air conditioning. Each cheerfully greeted us each time we encountered us. We had anytime dining which we like. Waiters we had during our twenty eight day cruise remembered us and even came to greet us when we weren’t sitting in their sections.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship, was very clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had a balcony cabin R706 just off the rear elevator entrance on Rivera deck. We had no issues with noise at all. We found the location very good. We had quick access to the elevators and the pool and buffet deck.
Ship tip
Treat your fellow passengers and crew as you wished to be treated and you will get treated the same in return.
Tendering was a problem here. We had a long wait to get back the ship. This was beyond Princess’s control. The port control weren’t allowing the ship’s tenders access as they should have.
We got a extra port day here because the ship could not access Samoa due to the Coronavirus concerns. We took a snorkeling tour on the second day which was spectacular.
Moorea was stunning and beautiful. We took a 4wd tour which was great. The trip up the mountain for a lookout view was a little rough but the view was worth it.
We were a half an hour late leaving the ship due to customs. There. Were only three custom officers for a ship of 3000 passengers? We had a Princess transfer arranged and fortunately are flight left LAX a hour late so everything worked out.
I'm so glad you enjoyed your cruise. I'm going on the emerald on 29th april for Hawaiian cruise and cant wait to get on board. Lots of sea days to look forward to
