This is the second time we have cruised Tahiti with Princess. It was a very relaxing cruise, four sea days to start and eight sea days back. We enjoyed every stop the ship made. We went with fixed dining this time and requested a table for two, which we actually received. It was nice having the same waitstaff every night.
Overall this was a rally good cruise and i would recommend it.
Embarkation

Embarkation was smooth and uneventful.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food on the ship was good. We spent the majority of our cruise in the MDR. The food was very good. Some of the menus went very appealing so those nights we went to the grill or the buffet.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
They had all the trivia and normal stuff. One of the Cruise directors staff taught a begining sign language course which was awesome.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The entertainment overall was good. The solo guitarist Phillipa Cookman was awesome!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff were warm and freindly and attentive.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship overall was in good shape.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The cabin was clean and in good repair. It is all the way forward on the ship. When the are rehearsing in the theatre you will hear it. The noise isn't bad but its there. not to worry the shows are over by 11. it did not bother us. When you arrive in a tender port you will hear the anchor drop.
Ship tip
If you want a quite place to read during the day, Skywalkers and adagio lounge is where to go.
Thanks for the review. I’ll be on Emerald’s sister the Ruby Princess next week and this review puts even more steam into my excitement engine! Looking forward to relaxing with a good book up in Skywalkers!
We're off to Panama Canal round-trip Los Angeles to Los Angeles on the 21st of December looking forward to it we've been there before but it's time for another.
Thanks no we do not go to pago pago this time my sister just got back from the same cruise and a disabled person was robbed in moorea .. very sad 😭 but thank u will get of early this one also stops at bora bora ... should be in the Caribbean now had two months booked with five cruises but hotels, flights, were cancelled because of the hurricanes and flights did not connect we ended up cancelling it all was just not going to work from Australia ... it was a mess anyway just booked a Christmas cruise to the pacific then Sydney to Honolulu in April then were back a week then cruising to Singapore, Vietnam Etc thanks for the info have a great time ... enjoy were u off to next ? 🍹😎
Summer holiday pay particular attention to the island of Moorea and Bora Bora for water activities. The islands are beautiful beyond belief you're not there very long so get off the ship early and spend as much time as you can there. Pago Pago is another one of our favorite ports, however I don't know if your cruise stops there is your cruise 28 days.
Hope you complained to the Matrde regarding the food .. we luv see days are on a similar cruise April from Sydney Australia to Honolulu through Tahiti must be good four years in a row whats best to do in .. Moorea, Tahiti, Etc ?? 🍹😎
Bubba my wife and I were on that same cruise for the fourth year in a row although the staff is always fantastic and just about everything else you said was true except for the fact that the food was very disappointing some of the worst that we've ever had on princess.
