Review summary
It was very pleasant experience of our first cruise! The ship was decorated for the Holidays very well! Good entertainment and customer service was good too. They did not have too much opportunities to help all needed but they tried to pay attention for each request. How it was successful we are not sure, but all the time someone was in line on the front desk to the receptionists... We booked cabin with balcony and were able to upgrade but no any upgrade at all...cabin was quiet small, no additional coach for luggage and bathroom was very small too, like in airplane but comfortable anyway! Our housekeeper Christina was very friendly and smiley but she definitely didn't know why she is on this ship. She completely forgot to change any towels, and anything about our cabin at all! Our friends were more lucky and no any issue like that. But it wasn't a big deal and we were able to change our towels by ourselves with a different housekeeper. We really enjoyed with a quality and variety of food! All food was always fresh and tasty! Menu was always different and unique! And some dishes were spectacular! All dining rooms were just perfect but DaVinchi Dining Room is best of the best! Maybe because of absolutely great and amazing job of waitress Patricia Quispe (she is so professional) very friendly, and has a knowledge of her job for real! Also, the junior waiter Ray Pantaleon did a perfect job too! Overall, service was excellent! Dancers and singers are amazing and can be called "Absolutely best team"! This ship needs more real boutique and more entertainment such as the luxurious ballroom dancing, not just discos. Especially for the Holidays reasons and kind of events. Actually, not too much complain....the only bonus (and other bonuses too) of upgrading was not real at all! Port Everglades at Fort Lauderdale is very comfortable. Grand Turks is very nice too! But the second port of call (private island) Princess Cays is not anything special. The beach was paved with a sharp enough stones. The depth of the ocean was with the big differences and lots of sharp stones under water too (this place not for swimming at all!). But it was an experience and not too bad. And...Yes!...we like Princess Emerald and thinking about future cruise...
Thanks for those who makes this cruise unforgettable by only good points!
