This ship was disappointing. Not up to par with the other Princess ships we have been on. Our .exepereince was very unpleasant and no consideration of any kind was offered. No one cared. When entering the cabin had to ask to have my toilet seat replaced because of the stains/dirt on it. We were without air in our cabin for the entire cruise. Hotel Manager not available to speak with us when we requested. We have cruised over the years on more than 50 cruises and have not had any kind of experience as this.
The food was fair. Nothing special, Buffet very small, Casino had limited tables open during the day. Would not open other tables til 9 at night, Then you couldn't get a seat til after midnight. Not accommodating

Our wait staff in the dinning room was fantastic our waiter Suchet Bunqomut was the best, very attentive, pleasant and went out of his way to make you happy and satisfied. His helper Sanja Karanovic was also the same.

Upon arrival I noticed that the tolet seat was dirty. Asked cabin stewart to replace. He wasn't to happy but it did get replaced. I had to ask several times for extra towels and most importantly the air in the cabin was not working. We were told to keep our curtains closed. We paid for a balcony and couldn't use it. We complained three times asked for the hotel manager several times and was told he was not available. I asked to be moved to another cabin, was told non was available. We did not sleep much on the cruise always hot. Very unhappy and disappointed. It seemed no one cared. We just waisted our money.
