Review summary

The ventilation in our cabin was very warm . Although maintenance came the problem was never fixed.The cabin was not comfortable to stay in and the nights even worse. Front desk never resolved the situation with compensation while on board. Instead I was told to contact Customer Relations when I get home. Not what I expected from Princess Cruises. The service on board left alot to be desired as well as the quality of the food. The ship needs a major overhall. It looks old and tired.

We paid for a balcony but had to keep the drapes close at all times to keep any additional heat out since the air conditioner barely worked. We paid alot of money for this cruise and it did not meet our expectations .
