Review summary
Hundreds of passengers and crew were sick with the norovirus and food poisoning by the end of day two. Disney used to be meticulous at cleaning and disinfecting if an outbreak occurred on a ship-- not anymore-- so the virus spread like wildfire across the ship. Our entire family did not leave the ship in Nassau because we were all down with the virus. By the last day, many of the hallways and cabins had sewage smell because so many people were sick and the plumbing was being overwhelmed.
We did manage to have three meals together as a family before we all got sick. One of the main reasons we are return Disney Cruise guests is because of the food. The food used to be great-- something you would tell your friends about. Now, the food is mediocre at best (a couple steps above the mall food court).
Bottomline-- the Disney Cruise Line used to be great. Definitely not worth your hard earned money.

I'm taking my 2nd cruise on the Wonder in 8 days. I'm also an RN. People are germ factories with children being the worst! That being said, washing your hands is the best thing you can do to prevent infection. I need to be vigilant in protecting myself. Buffets are iffy in a climate ripe for Norovirus, but I love a good buffet. ð
