Mostly. Hallways are adequate, deck areas are very accommodating. Disability staterooms are available, arrange to get one. However, wheelchair access is a big problem for elevator access during peak times. If you’re trying to catch an atrium elevator, don’t be surprised if you miss the first 10 or so elevators, maybe more.

a tip for catching the elevators is to ride it down then back up or walk to mid ship and go from there
