Review summary

The Disney magic truly provided a magical experience for us. We were blown away by the number of activities we could do on the cruise as a family. The shows were on par with broadway quality shows seen in New York. The food was excellent and the service provided by all the staff on the cruise was top-notch.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We were very pleased with the onboard dining experience. The Cabnanas was open well beyond the closing time to ensure all guests who came in late get to eat. The food was on point and delicious. Our servers in the specialty restaurants were very knowledgeable and courteous and ensured all our food was delivered in a timely manner.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The pools are clean and well staffed by life guards who are attentive and courteous.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The stage shows onboard were on par with broadway level shows seen in big cities. The actors and actresses did a fantastic job of keeping folks of all ages entertained.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Oceaneers Club and Lab were an excellent place for the kids to hangout. They were well taken care off, and the staff was prompt in communicating with our via the Disney app in case anything was needed for the kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We received excellent service from our host, who was very attentive. The waiters took care of all our dietary needs and made us feel at home. Everyone on the ship met us with a smile and were always ready to help if we had a question.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Yes, the entire ship was kept well cleaned and the upkeep was well maintained by the staff.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The overall cabin was very comfortable for a family of 4. We had a great time in this room. However, the reason for 3 stars is that we had our AC leak on 2 days which made the carpet damp and initiated our allergies. It was promptly addressed when reported by the ship staff. However, you could see the AC needs some upkeep and maintenance.
