Review summary

We took many wonderful memories away from our 4 day cruise. Seeing the joy on my 6 grandchildren’s faces made all the prior organization and expense worth it. One suggestion is that you reconsider all the gratuities that you charge. It seemed like EVERYTHING we did, every meal we ate, every item we purchased was taxed in some way thereby making the final charges on the ship much higher than anticipated.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Crowded, noisy, but well organized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food in all the restaurants was excellent

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I used the running track for my workout....I was especially glad to find that Disney had a track.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
I loved the performances each night in the theater. The performers were professional, the sets were beautiful, and the technology used was out of this world. Each performance was incredibly entertaining for old and young alike. The comedian was outstanding as well.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My grandchildren loved kid’s club but, were over the top re: the Princess and Pirate makeovers.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service we received was impeccable.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship always looked clean and it was apparent each day that staff were working to keep it that way.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I’ve been on several cruise ships and this one was designed in a way that made it seem larger than the others. I was especially impressed with the fact that the toilet area was separated from the shower allowing more room for two of us to get ready. The shower was much larger than any other I’ve used on other cruise ships.

Ship tip

Take advantage of the excursions as the Dolphin Cove experience we had was the number one favorite experience among all 16 of us.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

4 out of 5
It was adequate but, nothing special.

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
It was adequate but, nothing special.

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

5 out of 5
Loved this private island....it offered some real relaxation and escape from the crowds.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Well organized
