Great cruise, amazing service

Sail Date: November 16, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

Food was very good.  Service was amazing.  Kids area was very good, but kids spent way too much time in front of a screen.  The last Disney cruise we did, the kids area was much more interactive.  That was the only thing that needs improvement.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Devan who worked in one of the shops was so great with my daughter and even sent her a little certificate to our room with some Disney pins.
The shows / entertainment were way better than most cruise lines.
Children's Programs
Kids program were great but way too much screen time.
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Cabin / Stateroom
The nice thing about the cabin was how there was a split bathroom with toilet and sink in one half and tub/shower and sink in other half.
Cozumel, Mexico
George Town, Grand Cayman
This is a great port with lots to do.
Falmouth, Jamaica
We had never been to thus port, but it was really nice.
Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)
Although we were unable to stop here, we have been there in the past and it is a great port. Next cruise, I would live to gave an itinerary with 2 stops here.
