This was our grandslam cruise with Disney having been on all the ships. We still call the Wonder our home ship but the Fantasy is larger, has more amenities, and 10/10 customer service. Every staff member that makes eye contact greets you, the entertainment director walked around after shows meeting people, the characters randomly walk around the ship making for fun, impromptu meets, and the food was very good. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Disney’s system was down so embarkation was gruelingly slow. We had a 1030 time slot and didnt get on the boat til almost 1300. The terminal was overloaded with irritable people. Still it could have been worse, the poor staff had to register everyone by hand/ paper and pencil!

An amazing 8 course meal with the best service in the business. 3 Michelin star Chef Lallement was actually on the ship on Saturday ensuring that his standards were being met. An awesome experience for any foodie. Expensive but well worth the near $300 upcharge.

Ship Quality

Meticulously clean, well maintained, and exceeded expectation. At every port, the maint crew were hard at work painting, cleaning, and polishing.
Our excursion to the Baths was cancelled due to high winds. We were gutted but did a walking tour and found some cool cultural things to enjoy. Also did some watch shopping and found the dealers eager to discount!
