An amazing 8 course meal with the best service in the business. 3 Michelin star Chef Lallement was actually on the ship on Saturday ensuring that his standards were being met. An awesome experience for any foodie. Expensive but well worth the near $300 upcharge.

The Champagne Brunch Was Amazing! If you do brunch at Remy, pay the $30 extra and get the champagne with it, it was worth every penny!

The dinner was FANTASTIC. We ended up doing the wine pairing and an extra black truffle dish, so it got pricey, but so worth it. As foodies, we were really looking forward to the dinner, and it did not disappoint. We would absolutely do it again just for the experience. The food was phenomenal and probably one of the best meals we've ever had, and that means a lot to foodies. We each got a different tasting menu and split it, so we enjoyed all. Favorites were the pork belly (american) and the fish (french) dishes. Getting dressed up was fun for us and we would love to do it again. Dessert was a little underwhelming and definitely not a impressive as dinner, but it was still fun. We also did the wine pairing and enjoyed it, but would skip it next time.

Amazing French cuisine, fine wines, and superb service. Each night has two menus, and you can mix-and-match each course. Wine pairings are done with great care, and the $105 price is a very good value considering how many glasses and what sort of wines are poured. Talk to the sommalier, as he will tailor his selections to match your taste. True, the bill for the two of us was nearly $500, but I don't know where I can find this quality of dining experince on land for less.
