The cruise staff was not prepared as we expected for motorized wheelchair , deafness etc .

The main dining room the first night told us they were not prepare for a motorized wheelchair and suggested in the future to use another dining room

We were informed to call guest service 30 minutes prior to using the pool lift, did that waited over 3 hours for them to install pool lift much to the embarrassment of my party then informed that guest services needed 24 hours notices

The shows were great had sign language interpreters totally enjoyed them

The supervisors at guest service were totally inadequate , just kept saying Sorry for the accommodations the crew were excellent , but their hands were tied.

Thanks for sharing. It is not clear by your review whether you provided a completed special request form to the cruise line prior to your sailing. If you did that well in advance, shame on the cruise line. If you failed to do that, shame on you to expect special accommodations without adequate notice and then blame customer service.
