Typical Disney, way way overpriced for what you get.
Embarkation

Very easy getting on the ship
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Main dining service was very good, food was good. Buffets were a joke. Only open a couple hours for breakfast lunch or dinner then shut down so if you are hungry in between I hope you like hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken nuggets or pizza because that’s all that is available. Even if you wanted to sit down and have a cup of coffee in the buffet after dinner or when the buffet was shut down during the day which was often, no such luck the only place that was open was outside by the pool. As for deserts get use to soft serve ice cream unless you want to buy something.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
No activities on the ship. Two pools and one hot tub so full that the kids couldn’t even swim just had to tread water. There was a water raft ride if you were up to waiting over an hour to ride it. I expected all kinds of entertainment for kids and adults but none exists
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Beauty and the beast was a very good show. The down side if you wanted a bottle of water and popcorn bring 20$
Children's Programs
2 out of 5
Wanted no part of it, too busy
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Waiters and room Stewart were very good. If you wanted a drink any where on the ship go get it yourself they Disney does not have any one who provides that service
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Very clean ship, layout was confusing
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Verandah very nice room. Only complaint was if you wanted water for the stateroom well for just under $70 you can buy a small case of water
Ship tip
If you child likes to see the caricatures and get there signature and picture it’s very good for that. If your looking for great food, and lots of onboard activities go on a cruise with a different company not Disney
No desserts at Cabanas? Oh cmon, there are LOTS and not just ice creams. And nothing to do? The app makes it all so easy. Our problem is that there’s too much to do.
You must be very narrow minded or just did not pay attention. If you were to check the daily navigator there is always something happening for kids, teens, and adults. The food at the buffet is very diverse so you should always be able to find anything you like. The buffet may not be open all day but that’s usual there are plenty of options for food. The quick service places are nice but you can also get room service. The kids activities are great, the clubs are very cool. But WAIT I’m so confused: so according to you there’s no on board activities so shouldn’t you be bored? But you said you were too busy to go to the kids clubs so what were you doing that made you so busy???
Most of what this guy said Negative is B.S.💩 and we all know it. Nothing to do 😂🤔Kids club was too busy because it's a FUN place for kids.... Try Carnival maybe
There are ways to get around everything you just said. Use the personal navigator to find activities for adults and kids. Trust me, there are plenty. Also ride the AquaDuck at night or when the ship is in Castaway Cay to avoid long waits. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise.
My wife and I are goin in Jan 2021 just ourself no kids and can’t wait but with that. Being said we are goin in nov with a 16 year old that loves Disney Cruise
If there was noting to do in the ship you apparently didn’t read the daily navigator there is constantly something goin on and there is more than sandwich’s chicken. Burger and pizza... did you happen to check out the room service menu or do I just like to complain? There is plenty of things to do and different kinds of food for eat!
I love anything and everything about disney as well as disney cruises. I've only been on 3 cruise lines (about to experience my 4th cruise line), but still stand by the fact that you get what you pay for. I think Disney's cabins, entertainment, shows, food are all top notch and keep wanting to come back , especially after experiencing another line. Love disney
