Review summary

Overall the cruise was great. Food was really good.

Tom gave us boarding group 1 instead of 4 because he liked someone in our party’s hat. Now that’s Disney Magic!

Avocado tuna tower was great and so was the lobster pasta. Sea Bass was delicious and desert was good.

Sparkly, smelled like gingerbread.

Cabin / Stateroom

Small, cozy, dark, and clean.

Ship tip

To avoid long lines, do the aqua duck while the ship is in Castaway Cay.

Ports of call

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

Stunning. Beach was beautiful, Bar-B-Que was great.

Nassau, Bahamas

Didn’t get off. Too many pushy vendors for our liking.

Port Canaveral, Florida

Love Port Canaveral. Don’t mistake it with Orlando. Orlando is about 45 minutes west. If you’re looking for something to do the day before/after your cruise try out Grills. Live music, great seafood, and waterfront. Also Kennedy Space Center is nice too. You could maybe squeeze in a trip to Disney Springs, City Walk. I wouldn’t go out of my way for a full day to Disney World/Universal if it would be the day you Disembark. Embarkation/Debarkation is fabulous, one of the quickest ports to go out of. Parking is a little pricey, but it’s a new growing passenger port. Happy Cruising Everyone!
