Review summary

Overall, I would pick Disney Cruise over Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom any day. The random run ins with your favorite character or princess, the food, the spa, the kid's club, and the level of service are simply unparalleled. Worth every penny spent!!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Although I arrived at my scheduled time, I was traveling with someone with a later scheduled arrival time. We were worried we would be split up, but we all checked in together without an issue. She was a Silver member of the castaway club, but this was my first trip. There was a different line for Castaway members, but when the woman directing traffic saw I was about to split from my friend she adly allowed me to go qith her to the shorter, castaway club line. The check in process was quick and easy and set the tone for the entire trip.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

I didn't put a single item in my moutj, while on the ship, th at wasn't absolutely delicious. The food was phenomenal.

Onboard Activities

The Oceaneers club, kid's club, was amazing. I thought it would be geared toward the younger kids and older kids would be bored. However as an adult, I wanted to be able to stay and play in it! The spa experiences I had were worth every penny. I got a massage and facial. I think it was the best facial of my life, and the products I purchased have done wonders to shrink my pores and even out my skin tone. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of our Bippity Boppity Boutique experience. We went to WDE on September for my 5 year olds birthday and she did the boutique experience at Disney Springs. It was magical. The ship experience was by far much less magical and exciting. It just was nowhere near the experience we had previously. That being said, if a kid has never had the experience, they will love it. However, it just doesn't compare to Disney Springs.

Service and Staff

My storeroom attendant, Sanatu, and dining staff, Joey and (I can't, believe I have forgotten her name!) were the picture of perfection. They made each night feel like we were receiving celebrity status service. It always felt like our service was personalized and that our happiness was their top priority. Solo me runs an amazing dining staff

We spent the night before our trip in town and went to Wonderworks. We loved it

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

We stayed on the ship in order to enjoy the less crowded pools and spa

The beach was amazing. We had perfect weather and water conditions. I was underwhelmed by the food. However, the fruit provided was absolutely delicious.

Disembarkation

The line stopped as I was trying to get off for about 20 minutes. Maybe stagger disembarkation to avoid this
