As mentioned before we have cruised about 21 times on various Cruise Lines. Disney has now become our favorite since we celebrated our 30th anniversary in 2016. We've been now on the Disney Dream three times, and the Disney Fantasy wants. Looking forward to booking on the Disney Dream again in June 2020 on the 5 night Bahama. It goes to Castaway Cay Island twice! Thank you so much for making our spring break with our son, the best ever!

When it was time for us to go to the check-in counter, and get our keys to the world identification cards, the lady sent us to a counter that was empty. The person next to the empty counter said to her that the other worker had already clocked out for the day. So we were just kind of standing there. That's the first time this has happened to us out of 21 cruises on the embarkation process. They seemed unorganized, and that is unlike Disney. No apology, and the gentleman that did take care of us, he was kind of dry. He did not even say hello and welcome.

Our room steward , Carlos, was the best that we've ever had out of 21 cruises! He was very attentive and very friendly. We tipped him extra even though we paid for gratuities at Guest Services. We had the best dining staff well at the main dining. Constantin, Marven Mendez,and Titziana were personable and excellent! They were so good they made us want to book a Disney cruise again! We had exceptional service! Thank you!

Although we had a Navigators Verandah balcony, it was perfect for us! We even like it better than the regular full balcony. It proved to have enough space, our capital is kept clean every day, and always stocked with whatever we need it! A lot of space in the beds were wonderful!
Ship tip
Once you sail on the Disney Dream, it is like a dream come true! You will not want to go to any other type of cruise line after you sail on a Disney cruise. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that you have exceptional service, and that you are taken care of. During our dining dinner experience on one evening, a lady fell and cut her leg on the floor. The dining team and all kinds of Staff of authority came rushing to her side and assisted her as well as her family. Very caring and concerned, and the staff displayed that in all that they chose to do for each and every guest. You will not be disappointed if you book on the Disney Dream!
Stayed at Disney all Music Resort Free Cruise. Excellent rooms, excellent service! The food was great as well. Then we have Disney Cruise Line transfer bus shuttle to the port. Smooth and reliable.
Had a great time. Do the Excursion Nassau by land and sea. You will love it! Chris is on the sea part on the catamaran. He is one of the workers and gives you the history of the Island and a humorous type of way! Can I give you a rum punch drink and take you on a beautiful boat ride around the island. Then you go on the bus around the island and then to Atlantis.
This is the best Private Island that there is and all of the cruise lines we've been on. The food is excellent, the service is superb, and everything is kept clean for you. Seeing the Disney characters dance on the beach, and the music provided by the DJ was excellent! Lots of fun for the whole family.
