Review summary

The Disney Dream is a gorgeous ship. You do get what you pay for. It was expensive but well worth it! EVERY Disney employee gave exceptional customer service! My 11 & 14 yr old boys took note of that too! We were sad for the experience to end! Castaway Cay was the highlight of the cruise!

Be prepared to do lots of walking on and off ship! My ankles are still swollen a day after debarking...salt was a contributing factor too.

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

Favorite part of the trip! Beautiful grounds, plenty of lounge chairs. Make sure you snorkel, so much fun! We also did the stingray feeding/snorkeling excursion - was a highlight of our 2nd day at Castaway Cay. If you can do a cruise with two stops to Castaway, do it! It takes two days to get everyone in!!

We went to Atlantis for the ground tour and beach excursion. I can say I checked that visit off my list. Beautiful grounds but sooo spread out. It’s an older property with older smells too. I don’t think I would play a destination vacation to Atlantis.
