Review summary

A Disney cruise is a real vacation for everyone in the family. There are activities for every one. There are plenty of things for the kids, of course, this is Disney. But, the adults are not neglected. There is the spa, the golf simulator, workout room, running track, and plenty of less healthful things, too!  Tastings for wine, champagne, tequila, etc. A Mixology class where you learn how to make cocktails! Music, dancing, comedy, really most forms of entertainment. The main evening shows are incredibly entertaining (again, it's Disney!).  And if you just want to relax, there is plenty of space in the larger than average cabins and wonderful deck areas. The unique rotational dining is fabulous and our main server was excellent.  The drink server seemed new and a little overwhelmed so getting our drinks was slow most nights.  The food was above average but not as good as we have had in the past with the exception of the quick service areas on the pool deck; the food there was very good this time.

We just went on our 3rd and booked our 4th Disney cruise while on board!

Children's Programs

Usually our kids enjoy the kids club but our son felt a little pressured to do the group activities in the Edge instead of being able to talk with a couple others, so he left frequently.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This room is a category 04A and has more room than other rooms on this deck. Not as much closet space but our family of four felt very comfortable in the room and had space for all our luggage. Our Room attendant was very responsive to our needs and regular checked in to see what else we needed.

Ship tip

We found short lines for the Aquaduck if you go during the first dinner rotation/shows, or later in the evening.

We do not get off the ship when we visit Nassau so the rating is one of indifference.

Thanks for the awesome review Arkia72!  We don’t have kids but you really make us want to try cruising with Disney anyway!  It’s great that you have your next two cruises booked already!  Please come back and give us reviews of those as well!  Happy cruising!
