Review summary

The ship was beautiful and the amenities were great. They had some great extras like a very fun water slide (the "AquaDuck") and phones that families could use while on the ship and at Castaway Cay. The entertainment, as expected, was very good. The service at dinner was exceptional, as was the service provided by our room attendant.

We had fun here and it was great to have an island just to our boat. The snorkeling was not great, however, and our parasailing excursion was cancelled first thing in the morning even though it was not scheduled until late in the afternoon. By the time the afternoon rolled around, conditions seemed very good so we thought it was a poor decision to cancel so early.

We did a "dolphin experience" where we were able to interact up close with the dolphins (although we did not swim with them). Afterwards we were able to play on inflatables in the ocean and on the beach that were a lot of fun. We did not see much else of the island, so I can't report on that.

Pros: The great service--the personal touch is amazing.

Cons: One of our excursions was cancelled very early in the day and seemed unwarranted.
