Loved the ship, food and staff were pretty good, one of the shows (Spotlight Bar) was fantastic, but the customs process in San Francisco was THE WORST ever.

@OCSandraCruises -- Maybe that's why it took 5 hours to go through customs in San Francisco; because that wasn't supposed to be a termination point. 😉🤣
