Ship Quality

Although recently refurbished decor was tired and dated. Part of the refit was the Japanese Bath which cost extra. Plastic plates and cups in the buffet restaurant!! Some areas looked shabby
Cabin / Stateroom

Shabby, tired and dated. Grouting on tiles discoloured. Marks on sofa and unpleasant smell.
Bed was super comfortable though.
We expected more from Princess
We agree about Princess ... We expected a higher standard and plastic cups and plates in the Horison was deplorable! We thought it was just us being snobby but clearly, others feel the same .... disappointing π
